XCR1 is a receptor for XCL1 and XCL2, mainly expressed on dendritic cells. Activation of XCR1 triggers downstream signaling, regulating antigen presentation. XCR1 is implicated in immune response, and XCR1 modulators are widely investigated for immunotherapy therapeutics. Our XCR1 stable cell lines are validated for β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
