FSHR

FSHR is a Gs-coupled GPCR follicle-stimulating hormone receptor that binds follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). It mediates gonadal cell proliferation and differentiation, and participates in folliculogenesis and reproductive endocrine regulation. Aberrant FSHR signaling is linked to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and ovarian dysgenesis, making it a critical therapeutic target for reproductive drug discovery. Our FSHR/CRE-Luc/HEK293 stable cell line has been validated in luciferase reporter assays to support your drug discovery programs.
