RXFP1

RXFP1 is a receptor for relaxin, widely expressed in reproductive tissues, cardiovascular system and multiple organs. Activation of RXFP1 mediates cAMP/PKA and PI3K/AKT downstream signaling, regulating vasodilation, tissue relaxation and anti-fibrotic effects. RXFP1 is an important target for cardiovascular and fibrosis drug discovery. Our RXFP1 stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
