Gα15(GNA15)

Gα15 (GNA15) is a Gq-family G protein alpha subunit that redirects GPCR signaling to calcium mobilization. Co-expression of Gα15 with Gs or Gi/o-coupled GPCRs triggers intracellular calcium flux upon ligand binding. This host cell model enables versatile readouts for GPCR characterization, widely adopted for calcium-based HTS assays of non-Gq coupled receptors. Our Gα15 (GNA15) stable cell line is functionally validated and mycoplasma tested to support your GPCR drug discovery programs.
