OXTR

OXTR is the receptor for oxytocin (OXT), widely expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues. Activation of OXTR mediates downstream MEK/ERK, MAPK, PKC and PLC signaling, regulating social cognition, anxiety, depression, uterine contraction and lactation. OXTR is an important target for neuroscience drug discovery. Our OXTR stable cell lines are validated for functional assays to support your drug discovery programs.
