CXCR7 (ACKR3) is an atypical chemokine receptor that binds CXCL11 and CXCL12 to mediate β-arrestin signaling. It participates in colorectal cancer progression and metastasis, and triggers ERK phosphorylation upon ligand binding. Our CXCR7 β-Arrestin stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in β-arrestin reporter assays to support your drug discovery programs.
