CXCR6

CXCR6 is a tissue-resident immune chemokine receptor that binds CXCL16 to regulate lymphocyte homing and mucosal immune surveillance. It recruits effector T cells to inflamed or tumor sites, with dual roles in anti-tumor immunity and autoimmune/inflammatory pathogenesis. Our CXCR6 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
