MRGPR
MRGPR (Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor) is a GPCR family widely expressed on mast cells and sensory neurons. Activation of MRGPR members mediates distinct downstream signaling, regulating allergy, inflammation and itch sensation. MRGPR subtypes are important targets for anti-pruritus and inflammatory drug discovery. MRGPR stable cell lines are validated for β-arrestin or calcium flux assays to support drug discovery programs.
