NTSR1

NTSR1 is a receptor for neurotensin (NTS), widely expressed in central nervous system and gastrointestinal tissues. Activation of NTSR1 via Gαq signaling triggers PLC cleavage, generating IP3 and DAG to induce intracellular calcium mobilization. NTSR1 mediates pain modulation and tumor progression, serving as a key target for oncology and neuropharmacology drug discovery. Our NTSR1 stable CHO-K1 cell lines are validated for calcium flux assays to support your drug discovery programs.
