PTGER2

PTGER2 is a receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), widely expressed in the central nervous system, blood vessels, immune cells and smooth muscle. Activation of PTGER2 mediates Gq and Gi downstream signaling, regulating vasodilation, pain sensitization, immune modulation and smooth muscle contraction. PTGER2 is an important target for anti-inflammatory and oncology drug discovery. Our PTGER2 stable cell lines are validated for functional assays to support your drug discovery programs.
