CXCR5

CXCR5 is a GPCR chemokine receptor that specifically binds CXCL13 to mediate the migration and localization of B cells, Tfh cells and follicular dendritic cells in secondary lymphoid organs. It drives germinal center formation, antibody affinity maturation and mucosal immune responses via the Gi protein-PI3K/Rac pathway to organize immune microenvironments. Our CXCR5 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
