CCR7

CCR7 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 7) is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed on T cells, B cells and dendritic cells. Its endogenous ligands CCL19 and CCL21 activate Gi signaling, leading to reduced intracellular cAMP. CCR7 mediates immune cell homing and tumor metastasis, making it a promising target for autoimmune disease and oncology research. Our CCR7 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
