CRFR2

CRF2R is a receptor for UCN3, widely expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues. Activation of CRF2R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. CRF2R is implicated in stress homeostasis and stress recovery, and CRF2R modulators are widely investigated for stress-related disorder therapeutics. Our CRF2R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
