GLP1R

GLP1R is a receptor for GLP-1, widely expressed in pancreatic beta cells. Activation of GLP1R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. GLP1R is implicated in glucose-dependent insulin secretion, and GLP1R modulators are widely investigated for diabetes therapeutics. Our GLP1R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
