CCR9 (chemokine receptor 9) is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed on immature T lymphocytes and intestinal cells. Its endogenous ligand CCL25 activates Gi signaling, leading to reduced intracellular cAMP. CCR9 participates in lymphocyte homing and serves as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for multiple cancers.
