CCR6 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 6) is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed on dendritic cells, T cells and NK cells. Its endogenous ligand CCL20 activates Gi signaling, leading to reduced intracellular cAMP. CCR6 is a key therapeutic target closely associated with tumor invasion and metastasis. Our CCR6 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
