EDG1

EDG1(S1P1) is a pleiotropic lysophospholipid receptor that binds sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) to regulate cellular migration, proliferation and tissue homeostasis. It modulates lymphocyte trafficking, vascular barrier stability and glial activation, with critical roles in autoimmune disorders, tumor metastasis and fibrotic pathogenesis. Our EDG1 (S1P1) stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
