LPA

LPAR1 is a receptor for lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), widely expressed across multiple tissues. Activation of LPAR1 couples to Gi/o, G12/13 and Gq proteins, regulating cell proliferation, migration, platelet aggregation and tumor invasion. LPAR1 is an important target for fibrosis, pain and oncology drug discovery. Our LPAR1 stable cell lines are validated by cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
