NMBR

NMBR (BB1) is a receptor for Neuromedin B (NMB), widely expressed in the central nervous system, peripheral tissues and multiple tumors. Activation of NMBR mediates Gq downstream signaling, regulating cell proliferation, inflammation, smooth muscle contraction and pain modulation.
