GPR174

GPR174 is a GPCR belonging to the P2Y receptor family that binds lysophosphatidylserine (LysoPS). It is broadly expressed in lymphocytes including conventional T cells and regulatory T cells, suppressing Treg cell development, conventional T cell proliferation and IL-2 production in a Gαs-dependent manner. The LysoPS/GPR174 axis modulates immune homeostasis and represents a key therapeutic target. Our GPR174 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
