ADRB2

As a key GPCR, ADRB2 localizes to airway smooth muscle, blood vessels and liver. Activation triggers the Gs-cAMP-PKA pathway to phosphorylate downstream proteins for bronchial dilation and glucose regulation, while prolonged stimulation causes β-arrestin-mediated receptor desensitization. It serves as the direct target for asthma rescue drugs such as albuterol. Our ADRB2 stable cell lines have been validated in cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
