CXCR1

CXCR1 is a GPCR mainly expressed on immune cells. IL-8 and GCP-2 binding activates Gαi, inhibiting adenylate cyclase and reducing intracellular cAMP. It mediates inflammatory responses, closely involved in rheumatoid arthritis, pneumonia, breast cancer and pancreatic cancer, and serves as a key drug target for inflammatory diseases and tumors. Our CXCR1 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
