GHSR

GHSR1a is a Gq-coupled GPCR that binds ghrelin as its endogenous ligand. It regulates appetite, growth hormone release, energy balance and glucose-lipid metabolism, and participates in neuroprotection across multiple tissues including hypothalamus, pancreas and heart. The ghrelin/GHSR1a axis modulates metabolic and neurological functions, and represents a key therapeutic target for cachexia, obesity and related metabolic disorders. Our GHSR1a stable HEK293 cell lines have been validated in IP1 / calcium assays to support your drug discovery programs.
