GNRHR

GNRHR is a GPCR of the rhodopsin-like receptor family that binds gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH, LH-RH). It mediates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, regulating gonad development, sex hormone production and gametogenesis. GNRHR signaling also participates in hormone-dependent tumor progression, and represents a key therapeutic target. Our GNRHR stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in IP1 assays to support your drug discovery programs.
