PAC1R

PAC1R is a receptor for PACAP, mainly expressed in the central nervous system. Activation of PAC1R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. PAC1R is implicated in pain and neuroendocrine regulation, and PAC1R modulators are widely investigated for neurological disease therapeutics. Our PAC1R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
