GLP2R

GLP2R is a receptor for GLP-2, widely expressed in intestinal tissues. Activation of GLP2R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. GLP2R is implicated in intestinal homeostasis, and GLP2R modulators are widely investigated for gut disease therapeutics. Our GLP2R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
