FPR1

FPR1 is a GPCR formyl peptide receptor that recognizes N-formylated peptides of bacterial and mitochondrial origin. It mediates chemotactic signaling in phagocytes, regulating cell adhesion, directional migration, degranulation and superoxide production, and participates in host defense and inflammatory responses. FPR1 signaling modulates calcium mobilization and MAPK, ERK, PI3K, Akt and p38/MAPK pathways, and serves as a promising therapeutic target for inflammatory disorders. Our FPR1 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
