DRD5 is a dopamine receptor that couples to Gs-type G proteins to regulate neuronal signaling and cAMP/PKA cascades. It belongs to the D1-like dopamine receptor subfamily and participates in the modulation of cognition, reward and neuroinflammatory processes. Our DRD5 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
