GPBAR1

GPBAR1 (TGR5) is a bile acid-specific Class A GPCR that binds bile acids. It is widely expressed in multiple tissues and participates in metabolic regulation and inflammatory modulation. GPBAR1 signaling controls glucose homeostasis and inflammatory cytokine release, and represents a key therapeutic target for metabolic and inflammatory diseases. Our GPBAR1 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
