GPR120

GPR120 (FFAR4) is a GPCR free fatty acid receptor that binds ω-3 fatty acids and other fatty acid ligands. It mediates anti-inflammatory effects and insulin-sensitizing activities, and couples to Gq, Gi, Gs and β-arrestins to trigger diverse downstream signaling. GPR120 participates in metabolic regulation and inflammatory response, representing a promising therapeutic target for metabolic disorders. Our GPR120 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in IP1/calcium assays to support your drug discovery programs.
