CRF1R

CRF1R is a receptor for CRF and UCN1, widely expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues. Activation of CRF1R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. CRF1R is implicated in stress response and HPA axis regulation, and CRF1R antagonists are widely investigated for anxiety, depression and IBS therapeutics. Our CRF1R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
