NPY4R

NPY4R is a receptor for Neuropeptide Y and Pancreatic Polypeptide, mainly expressed in hypothalamus, pancreas and gastrointestinal tract. Activation of NPY4R via Gi signaling suppresses adenylate cyclase, reducing intracellular cAMP. NPY4R regulates satiety and insulin secretion, serving as a key target for obesity therapy research. Our NPY4R stable CHO-K1 cell lines are validated for cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
