CCR2

CCR2 is a G protein-coupled receptor mainly expressed on monocytes and macrophages. Its endogenous ligand CCL2 binds to CCR2 and activates Gαi signaling to reduce intracellular cAMP, triggering downstream β-arrestin and MAPK cascades. It serves as a key target for NASH, autoimmune diseases and tumor metastasis.Our CCR2 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
