GPR75 is a rhodopsin-like GPCR with highest expression in brain tissue and broad distribution across heart, kidney, prostate and other human tissues. Ligand binding triggers conformational changes of GPR75, initiating downstream G-protein signaling cascades that mediate diverse cellular physiological functions.
