CCR1

CCR1 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 1) is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) with key roles in immune responses. Its primary ligands include CCL3, CCL5 and CCL7. Ligand binding activates Gi/o signaling, suppressing adenylate cyclase and reducing intracellular cAMP, while triggering PLC-mediated calcium release to drive immune cell migration. It serves as a promising target for anti-inflammatory therapies.Our CCR1 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
