GPR84

GPR84 is a receptor for medium-chain fatty acids (C9-C14), highly expressed in myeloid immune cells such as macrophages and neutrophils. Activation of GPR84 couples to Gi/o, inhibiting adenylate cyclase and leading to a decrease in cAMP concentration. GPR84 is implicated in innate immune and inflammatory responses, and synthetic agonists 6-OAU and DL-175 are widely used in research. Our GPR84 stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
