PTH2R

PTH2R is a receptor for TIP39 and PTH, widely expressed in brain and pancreas. Activation of PTH2R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. PTH2R is implicated in calcium transport and nociception, and PTH2R modulators are widely investigated for pain-related therapeutics. Our PTH2R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
