CHRM4

CHRM4 is a Gi/o-coupled muscarinic acetylcholine GPCR highly expressed in the central nervous system. Acetylcholine binding triggers signaling via Gα15, activating PLC and elevating IP1 and intracellular calcium. It participates in motor control and memory regulation for neuroscience drug research. Our CHRM4 Gα15 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in IP1 assays to support your drug discovery programs.
