GHRHR

GHRHR is a receptor for GHRH, mainly expressed in the anterior pituitary. Activation of GHRHR stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. GHRHR is implicated in growth hormone regulation, and GHRHR modulators are widely investigated for growth disorder therapeutics. Our GHRHR stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
