CXCR3

CXCR3 is an IFN-γ-inducible chemokine receptor that binds CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 to regulate Th1 immune responses. It recruits effector T and NK cells to inflamed or tumor sites, with dual roles in anti-tumor immunity and autoimmune pathogenesis. Our CXCR3 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
