SCTR

SCTR is a receptor for secretin, widely expressed in gastrointestinal tissues. Activation of SCTR stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. SCTR is implicated in gut and water homeostasis, and SCTR modulators are widely investigated for gastrointestinal disease therapeutics. Our SCTR stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assay to support your drug discovery programs.
