CB2

CB2 (Cannabinoid Receptor Type 2) is a Protein Coding gene encoding a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), predominantly expressed in the immune system and spleen. Cannabinoids exert therapeutic effects on multiple tumors, and CB2 activation via Gi/o signaling inhibits adenylate cyclase, reducing cAMP and activating the PI3K/AKT pathway to modulate cell survival and proliferation. Our CB2 stable cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
