PTGDR

PTGDR is a receptor for prostaglandin D2 (PGD2), widely expressed in spleen, colon, retina and platelets. Activation of PTGDR mediates Gαs-cAMP downstream signaling, regulating allergic inflammation, vasodilation and sleep-wake cycle. PTGDR is an important target for drug discovery. Our PTGDR stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
