CCR8
CCR8 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 8) is a G protein-coupled receptor predominantly expressed on regulatory T cells. Its endogenous ligand CCL1 activates Gi signaling, leading to reduced intracellular cAMP. CCR8 mediates Treg recruitment to tumor sites and is a promising therapeutic target for oncology. Our CCR8 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
