GPR10 is a class A GPCR mainly expressed in the central nervous system, which binds prolactin-releasing peptide (PrRP) as its endogenous ligand. It regulates food intake, energy metabolism and pain modulation, and couples primarily to Gq/11 to trigger intracellular calcium mobilization and IP1 accumulation. The PrRP/GPR10 signaling axis modulates neuronal excitability and neuropeptide release, representing a promising therapeutic target for metabolic disorders. Our GPR10 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in IP1 /calcium assays to support your drug discovery programs.
