CaSR

CaSR is a calcium-sensing GPCR widely expressed in parathyroid, kidney, bone and cardiovascular tissues. Activation of CaSR coupled with Gα15 triggers intracellular calcium flux. It senses extracellular calcium fluctuations and regulates mineral homeostasis, and is linked to inflammation, vascular calcification, hypertension and obesity. Our CaSR Gα15 stable cell lines are validated for calcium flux assays to support your drug discovery programs.
