CCR4 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 4) is a G protein-coupled receptor selectively expressed on Th2 cells and Tregs. Its endogenous ligands CCL17 and CCL22 activate Gi signaling, leading to reduced intracellular cAMP. CCR4 is a key therapeutic target for allergic inflammation, autoimmune diseases and multiple malignancies. Our CCR4 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
