CXCR4

CXCR4 is a widely expressed GPCR chemokine receptor that binds CXCL12 (SDF-1). It governs cell migration, homing and retention, and participates in immune response, embryonic development and hematopoietic stem cell bone marrow anchoring. The CXCL12/CXCR4 axis drives cell survival, proliferation and chemotaxis, and represents a key therapeutic target. Our CXCR4 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
