GPR55

GPR55 is an orphan GPCR identified as a target for LPA and endocannabinoid-like ligands. It couples to Gα₁₃/RhoA/ROCK and Gαq/PLC pathways, regulating bone remodeling, visceral pain, insulin sensitivity and tumor migration. It mediates non-cannabinoid analgesia and is a promising target for neuropathic pain therapy and tumor combination immunotherapy. Our GPR55 reporter cell lines are validated for functional assays to support your drug discovery programs.
