GPRC5D

GPRC5D is an orphan class C GPCR, with restricted expression in normal tissues and high specific expression in multiple myeloma. It drives tumor proliferation, survival and migration and enables T-cell anti-tumor cytotoxicity. Independently expressed from BCMA, GPRC5D serves as a promising target for multiple myeloma immunotherapy to overcome BCMA resistance.
